MERCER STUDENTS:

All students may be seen in the Clinic. 

IMPORTANT:  You must be currently enrolled in classes. 

Additionally, please call to schedule an appointment, when possible.**

MERCER EMPLOYEES:

Effective August 1, 2009, employees on the Atlanta Campus who are seen in Campus Health for a minor illness (not job related accidents) will be charged a $35 office visit to defray costs.

Campus Health is unable to bill insurance companies, however we accept personal checks or cash to cover this service fee.

Campus Health will provide employees with a receipt of payment for all tansactions. This should help employees file for reimbursement from the insurance company.

Consistent with the current Mercer Employee Policy, any lab fees or prescription medications, will be an additional charge.  

B/P checks are still free of charge.

There is no office visit charge for immunizations or TB test given to employees.

Employees will only be charged for the service being performed when receiving immunizations and TB tests.

*The clinic will close any time Mercer University is closed.  We will make every attempt to post changes to Clinic hours on this website.
